I haven’t used it a ton yet, but so far it seems like a decent deal for what you pay. Nothing really to complain about

The consultation felt rushed. I asked a few questions, but the answers were really brief and didn’t give me much to go on. It kind of felt like they were just getting through a checklist rather than actually hearing me out...

Maybe other people had a better experience, but I left feeling unsure and not very reassured. With medical stuff, I was hoping for a bit more care and proper guidance, not just a quick chat and then... that was it.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the treatment actually worked and I’m feeling heaps better now. A friend had recommended it to me, and I’m glad I gave it a try.

Support got back to me really fast and answered my question without any hassle. From the tone of their message, I assumed they actually understood what I was asking and weren’t just sending a canned reply, which was nice.

I ordered from Blokes and, to be fair, the delivery was reliable. I got the tracking info fairly quickly and the parcel showed up when they said it would, which is really all I wanted. Packaging was decent too, nothing bashed up or missing. I don’t usually put much faith in all the slick “we care about your experience” type stuff companies say, so I mostly judge by whether they actually deliver. In this case, they did. Only knocking off a star because the updates went a bit quiet at one point, but overall it was fine
